Is Exposure To Radiation Through Two Abdominal CT Scans A Serious Concern?
I am really worried. I had a abdominal ct scan 12 years ago that revealed appendicitis. 10 years later I had another abdominal ct scan and I am worried about the radiation exposure. My doctor told me not to worry given the length in between scans but I just can t seem to get a grip. I know people who have had multiple ct scans and they are not worried. I just wonder if I should not worry as much as I am

2 XT scans spaces 10 years apart is bot too concerning. The radiation exposure will not cause any problems. You don't have to worry.
