I had an ekg performed a few days ago. What does this statement mean: Sinus rhythm minor but extensive precordial & high lateral repolarization disturbance, considervischemia, LV overload or a specific change elf without significant abnormalities mean?

Are you a hypertensive patient? Most of the hypertension patients can show this changes in EKG , which can be further confirmed by 2D ECHO.
