Is Extreme Fatigue Normal While On Medication For RA, Hashimoto S And Fibromyalgia?
My daughter is 29 years old. She was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, Hashimoto s disease, and fibromyalgia. In April her doctors started her on Synthroid, Plaquenil, and Cymbalta. The only side effect that she seems to be having is *extreme* fatigue. Is this normal?

With all her autoimmune diseases, and respected treatment, the fatigue is normal. I would recommend to check for anemia and treat it adequately. Meanwhile, I advise to:
- Have the meals regularly
- Take multivitamin supplement
- Keep well hydrated
