Is Fall Of Heavy Weight On A Toddler A Cause For Concern?

plz help my grand mother (60 to 70) kgs stepped on my 1.9 yr old baby girl after that baby stomach turns into red colour she started crying for 5 mins then started playing games in my mobile .30 mins after i checked her stomach the red colour disappeared i am so worried plz help abd i want to know what happens if 1.applied pressure on stomach 2. what if damaged her internal organs suppose if damages is it possible to cover? 3.my baby is around 9kgs she is not fat but very thin. 4. it was dark and no power in the house when grand ma stepped plz help i am so worried

As child is active now so it is a good sign , but for precaution abdominal ultrasound is recommended to rule out any internal bleeding AS MOST COMMON INJURY IN SUCH CASES IS RELATED WITH SPLEEN RUPTURE WHICH CAN EASILY BE RULED OUT WITH ULTRASOUND.
