Is Fasting Blood Sugar Of 103 A Cause For Concern?

I recently had a glucose test and my fasting level was 103. My Dr. said it is in the normal range. Last year I tested slightly high also at Mayo and they said it was a little high. I exercise and eat a pretty healthy diet. Should I be concerned?
