Is Feeling Of Grain Of Rice In The Throat After Slight Cold Indicate Sinus Infection?

Hello, Two weeks ago I thought I had caught a slight cold. Then last week I thought my allergies were bothering me due to the varying temperature changes. This past Sunday, my both started aching and my throat feels like there is a grain of rice caught in my throat. Someone told me that may be a sinus infection?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

well, yes it could be a sinus infection, which is causing a swelling in your throat or it can be an acid reflux , which can also cause the swelling.
Please dont worry, start steam inhalation and warm salt water gargles 3-4 times a day and meet your ent doctor for examination and further advice.
Thanks
