hi i m 30 years old , i have a four year old child n i was trying to conceive for 3-4 months now,ive started taking fertomid 50 will it help me to get pregnant .and how much physical exercise i must intake for improving my fertility

Fermotid will stimulate the ovary and releases egg and thus egg is ready for fertilization. But at the same time proper sperm availability is important for that proper timing of intercourse is important. Usually Femotid is given from 5th day for 5 days.
