Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Is Fetal Heart Rate Of 115 Bpm A Cause For Concern?
I m 6 weeks 2 days pregnany. I had an ultrasound (external and internal). Embryo had a heart beat of 115 bpm. However corpus luteum was missing (not sure one side or both). The buy said that it was possible I had 2 eggs and one got fertilised and there is a small chance of an ectopic pregnancy. He also said something about something could have been left over from my last period. I m not sure how worried I should be (I am very upset and scared). Im a health 29 years old. Please help me and let me know what I should be prepared for.
After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that heart rate is normal, if it is a ectopic pregnancy then you should consult a gynaecologist ASAP
Hopefully this information will guide you properly.
Kind Regards Dr Bhanu Partap
