Is Fetus Without Heartbeat Found In An Ultrasound After A Miscarriage Normal?
I just miscarriage August 26, then yesterday i make a pregnancy test the result is still positive. Just this afternoon i go for ultrasound they said the baby is still there but no more heartbeat. Is it ok that i don t go scrap? Or raspa? Is it not dangerous for my health, until i just wait my menstration comes. Maybe it will go outside with my period time.

It has to be evacuated, otherwise, it might lead to serious complications including sepsis.
You can wait a few days for spontaneous expulsion.
