Is Fever The Side Effect Of Cough Medication?
The doctors prescribe me this medicine to take 2x a day. Because my cough has been 1month when i come to see him. But since i take this medicine. I became more sick than before. I feel like i have flue and have fever. I started to take the medicine since tuesday night but i feel not feeling well. I thought may be beacuse of the reaction. But since yesterday i have fever. May i know if it is alright to stop taking this.

It would be very helpful to know the name of the medication you got for cough but generally it is very uncommon to get fever from cough medications especially if you use it the way that is recommended (not overdosing).
A possible cause of the fever and that needs to be ruled out is infection. You will need to have again a visit with your doctor so he can check your lungs and possibly order an x-ray of your chest to rule out lung infection. Other infections need to be ruled out so the doctor will need to do a full examination on you and make sure you are doing well.
