Is Fever With Sweating Normal During Teething In An Infant?

Hi, is it possible to have a fever when teething? He has a cold sweating in a cold temperature, is it normal? His temperature is 35 C and will be 6 months old in a week. Salivates a lot and bites desperately everything he can get to his mouth and mouns while sleeping. Looking forward to your response. Thank you and have a great day ahead.

Hello,

These are normal signs and symptoms of teething. There is nothing to worry.

However, if he develops diarrhoea, vomiting severe pain then he needs attention.

Let him do that and I suggest get teething rings it will help and relieve him.

You can yourself massage his gums gently with clean hands and even with a clean cotton piece.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
