Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems like there is inflammation of the mucosa of the inner lips leading to Stomatitis and it can occur due to a number of causes like
nutritional deficiency of iron and vitamin B12, stress, dry mouth,
allergic reaction, diabetes etc.
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation as per the suspected cause can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now if there is soreness, you can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine, do warm saline gargles and suck ice pops and do cold water rinses..
Take
multivitamin supplements..
Avoid hot and spicy food and maintain a good
oral hygiene..
Drink plenty of water..
For sore throat you can do warm saline gargles, suck throat lozenges and do steam inhalations.
Take a short course of antibiotics like Azithromycin..
For cough take cough syrup containing Guaifenesin and
Phenylephrine..
Take mucolytics like Bromohexine..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
