Is Flying Safe When Suffering From Neuralgia?

I am flying to Australia, I have just been diagnosed with neuralgia trigimal and I am on Gabapentine and Clomipramine, I am still having attacks. I have had an MRI and that was negative, I have seen an Opthamologist and my eyes are fine also. What do you recommend I do to avoid an attack during the flight?
