Does The Neuralgia Drugs Interact With Pain Killers And Become Less Potent?

My mother is 78 yrs old.suffering from trigeminal neuralgia, hypertension and has a pacemaker.
Oxitol 750 mg
Gabantin 600
Dolonat s.os.

My question is that with all the increased doses of trigeminal
Neuralgia the neuralgia pain is not subsiding in fact the episodes are increasing.
Does the neuralgia drugs interact with paint killers and become less potent.
Other dugs she is on are. Amlodepin, eltroxin, digoxin,LASIx.

No, they don't interact but there are some pain killers that interacts with gabapentin, such as acetaminophen, aspirin, naloxone and buprenorphine; these drugs can have serious side effects, so I recommend to visit your doctor in order to change the pain killer you are using for a more powerful one.
