Is Flying Safe While Suffering From Pulmonary Embolism?

I was diagnosed with pulmonay embolism 5 days ago in both lungs and they are large clots.Just got out of hospitol and I m on Eliquis blood thinners now. Is it safe for me to fly or even take a bus? Plane would be about 3 1/2 hours were a bus takes close to 30 hours. Is it a bad idea to travel anytime soon?
