The rest of the lung fields are clear. Heart is not enlarged. The Tracheal Air Column is at the midline. Both hemidiaphragms and costophrenic sulci are intact. There is no definite evidence for adenopathy. The visualized osseous structures are unremarkable. IMPRESSION: 1. Consider Focal Inflmmatory process of the right paracardiax region 2. Fullness of the Left Perihilar Region may relate to Focal Inflammatory process vs Hilar Lymphadenopathy Please advise.
