MRI Brain: Brain: 10 mm x 10 mm focus of diffusion negative T2 and FLAIR hyperintensity in the anterior left centrum semiovale extending into the anterior left corona radiata, with punctate areas of intralesional enhancement, and small areas of nonenhancing diffusion negative T2 and FLAIR hyperintensity in the anterior to mid left centrum semiovale extending into the posterior left frontal subcortical white matter, new since 3/27/2017 and 12/1/2016.
