Is Follicular Study An Internal Examination?
Hi ...My doctor adviced me for a follicular study..starting from day 11.. After 11th day is it OK if i do the next scan on 16th day with daily intercourse in between.Also would like to know if this study will be internal examination or extenal examination.

Follicular study can be done by both routes i,e through abdominal or trans vaginal.
Normally it is done on alternate days till ovulation starting from 11th day of LMP.
You should follow your doctor's advise.
Ovulation will be indicated by mild free fluid in POD and irregularity in ovarian surface.
