Is Folvite, Folitrax And Raciper Safe For Ankylosing Spondylitis?

HI I HAVE BEEN diagnosed with Ankylosing spondylitis in oct 2008.
age : 34 yrs male.
height: 5ft 9"
wt: 75 kgs
i have been prescribed sazo 500 mg, folitrax 10mg. raciper 20mg, folvite , zerodol 100 mg(pain tablet).
is this fine to consume these medicines for long time?
