My height 165 cms weight 71 kgs and age 42 other than sugar level i do nor have any other health issues
Dear sir i can understand your concern in my opinion your weight is slightly more than expected weight for your height. your ideal weight range is 62-66 Kgs for a target BMI around 25. usually diet and exercise are the first treatments in diabetes. i suggest you to check your Hba1c which will give you average blood sugar for past three months and its a good guide for diabetes treatment. fo well controlled diabetes Hba1c should be below 7% i suggest you to consider starting medication if Hba1c is above 7% Best Regards.
