Is Frequent Gasping Of Air A Symptom Of Sleep Apnea?
Yes any guidance would be helpful. Two years I started with a slight gasp of air, almost resulting into a hiccup type of sound. It only happens when I am resting.. sitting down watching TV or while lying in bed. Today the gasp is much more loud and prolonged and the frequency is greater. My boyfriend even has said that I stop breathing at night once in awhile. Are the two connected but most importantly why am I gasping?
Hi it may be a sign of gas getting trapped in upper part ofstomach called fundus which is in chest. Try taking Omeprazole with domperidone twice a day and see if it stops--regards
