Is Frequent Pain In Left Arm A Cause For Concern For A Smoker?

I am a 26 year old and smoke around 6-10 cigarettes a day.. Since a few weeks I feel my heart beats faster sometimes and since 2 days I m having very less irritating pain in my left arm, left upper rib ( goes and comes ) pinching pain ; pinches every few minutes. I got an ECG done today and it was fine and also got my BP checked. I m still having that annoying pain in left arm specially the upper arm and it goes throughout in intervals. Can it be related to having a heart attack ?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms you have may not be due to any heart disease but it may be due to some bronchitis and may be related with respiratory system and it is better to stop the smoking before it is too late if the symptoms persist then you need to go for x-ray of chest hope this information helps.
