Is Fresh Milk Safe For A Toddler?

Hi good morning. I have son which is he is already 2 years old.He is a carrier of g6pd s. Before the milk formula he was taking is Enfalac but after we come here in Middle East i change his milk into Alamrai fresh milk. For the reason Enfalac formula is not available here. Is this milk safe for my little super hero?
