Is Fullness In Abdomen And Nausea Sign For Pregnancy?

We have been trying to conceive for seven months now. I have pcos. Been through three doses of provera to jump start my periods and two doses of clomid. One at 50mg and one at 100mg. Stopped both for two months. Finally had a period on my own that lasted 8 days. On the 19th of June. For the past week I have had a since of fullness in my lower abdomen and feeling nauseas but not getting sick. Could I be pregnant?

Symptoms are non-specific for diagnosis of pregnancy.
For confirmation of pregnancy you should go for urine test than sonography.
