uterus has no role - just description of the shape, anteverted means uterus is anteriorly flexed relation to bladder - normal variation of uterine position, Gravid uterus - when there is presence of
pregnancy, Fetal echo - means there is fetes seen with in the
gestational sac, Fetal heart movement - there is a movement noted in the
fetal pole, and fetes itself also seen moving.
2. Ovoid shape - just shape seen when the probe transverse ( with what your doctor scanned you), Gestational sac seen in the uterus ( a sac with fetes ), CRL crown rump length is 16.6mm which is calculated automatically by the machine to estimate the gestation age corresponding to 8weeks +/- 1 day.
Heart rate is normal for age.
3.There is nothing to worry, every thing appears normal. Get a scan between 18 - 22 weeks to check for fetal wellbeing and anomalies.
