Is Gestational Diabetes Harmful?
my daughter glucose test came back at 149 and she is 7 1/2 months pregnant. Should we consider this bad or will it go back to normal on its own with a low sugar diet. She really hasn t eaten sugar in fact she lost weight since pregnant, but doe drink juice with sugars

Gestational diabetes should always be taken seriously , though in most cases this settles after few weeks of pregnancy, however during pregnancy a tight glycymic control is very necessary for the baby and mother. So you should take her to a clinic so that they would start her on treatment for sugar control .Mostly we prefer insulin in pregnancy , but it depends few people may be controlled with oral drugs as well.
