Is Getting Pregnant Naturally By Weight Reduction Possible While Having PCOS?

Hello doctor, I am 29 and i have pcos.I had no proper follicle growth in my normal ovulation study. My weight was 85 before 2 months. I reeduced 5 kgs and i am 80 now as per my doctor s advice. Will I be able to conceive naturally if reduce another 20 kgs? Or shall i start clomid?
