Is Getting Pregnant Safe While Suffering From Rubella Virus?

Hi doctor. I m irawan from indonesia. I had igg toxo 2746 iu/ml, rubella 119.9 iu/ml, cmv 667.1 iu/ml. My wife had igg cmv 488.7 iu/ml. My second baby was infected by cmv. And he dies in 8th month old. Right now we have plan to have a baby. But we scared if cmv will affect again. Is it safe to plan for having baby?

You should not get pregnant with high titres of rubella and CMV. It will affect your baby badly and can result in serious abnormalities and spontaneous abortion. You can take anti viral immunoglobulins and consult your gynecologist. He can explain you about the safer time to conceive.
