Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that your baby is suffering from cold and cough that is due to Upper Respiratory Tract Infection.
As you are giving her Lecope syrup that contains Pseudoephadrine as an active ingredient you can continue with the same ..
Azithral contains antibiotic Azithromycin that is used to treat bacterial infection..
As cold is a Viral infection you need not to give her Antibiotic..
You can continue with Lecope and give her anti allergics like Benadryl in syrup form..
You can put saline nasal drops for opening up nasal passages..
You can also give her Steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..
Give her plenty of warm fluids and avoid anything chilled..
Use a humidifier in your room..
Give warm compresses on her chest..
In case of no improvement consult a Paediatrician and get evaluated and treatment can be done accordingly..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
