Hello,

I think it's not a good idea to continue giving Hyoscyamine on your own unless it was recommended by her doctor.

Sometimes, this drug might aggravate her choking problems. The best thing is to run a few investigations to determine what is causing choking (age? esophagus problems? gastroparesis?).

Discuss this further with her gastroenterologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
