Is Giving Lesuride Safe During Early Pregnancy?

i have a patient of RTA ,she is two month pregnant and having head injury with sub dural hematoma with multiple bifrontal contusions , she is having repeated vomiting and NG aspiration inspite of inj Emeset ,Can i give her inj Lesuride ? is it safe in early pregnancy ?

I understand your concern.
Lesuride is likely to cause lac of concentration so may impair ability to drive or operation of machinery. So it should be used with precaution in pregnancy.
She should be ideally managed by a nurophysician.
