i am an ITP patient i am 7 months pregnent from past 1 half months i am on 20 mg wysolone and 40mg dexa every 16 days but in recent sugar test my glucose ogtt 75gms report shows 92 before fast and 162 after fast i have been advised to start glycomate is it necessary
