Is Grayish White Discharge From Vagina Due To Antibiotic High Dose During Surgery?

I had gallbladder removed about 9 days ago and have notice a grayish white discharge from my vaginal area when taking a shower. It is not like cottage cheese but more like a sour cream type which is slick when I wipe. Do you get a high dose of antibiotics during surgery that could cause something like this? What do you think it is?
