Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Is it true about heart disease and grey hair? I noticed my 32 year old son has gotten a lot of greys in the last 2 years. He is overweight and has a sedentary life. I try to get him to watch what he eats and to exercise to no avail. He also has schizophrenia. Should I be concerned?
“As” per your clinical history is concerned grey hair has no relation with heart disease. If he is overweight then make a dieting plan and add anti obesity drug [orlistart]after meal and it is an OTC medication, and take medication for his mental disorder by discussing with his psychiatrist only.
Hope that helps
