Is Growth Plus Supplement Helpful In Increasing Height 3 Inches More?

my name is sagar, I am 21 now my height is 5'6. I am from hyderabad, there is a product which is saying it could grow (named as Growth +) my height and with a money back guarantee of 5 inches in 4 months.
They are saying if i don't grow 5 inches i will get back my return and as its main office is also in hyderabad.
So should i give it a try ??? i literally want to grow just 3 inches any how :'(
what are your suggestions doctor ??

Welcome to the platform of Health care magic.

Dear friend usually height of a person increases till the epiphyseal plate (which is responsible for the growth) is fused. Usually these plates fuse approximately at 17 to 18 years of age After this age height ceases to increase. So there is no question of increasing the height at the age of 21 years normally.

Apart from this, No body knows what the growth+ contains, what are the side effects/ toxic effects of this salt.

This is my personal opinion, one should avoid such market products.
