Is Hallucinations And Body Tremors Sign Of Cancer Spreading In Body?
HI, My relative 76 had been diagnosed recently with stage 4 lung and bone cancer. She is not receiving any treatment. Pain control is all there is.She is suffering bad hallucinations and body tremors. Is this a sign that cancer has spread or could you give me an answer??
Since your relative is suffering from lung cancer and now is having hallucinations and body tremors i will advise her to do a MRI of brain to see if the tumour has spread to brain. If it has spread to brain then palliative radiotherapy is the only treatment option.
hi. probably the lung cancer would have spread to bone also. trmors may be due to generalised weakness and anemia. but hallucinations may be due to electrolyte imbalance or brain metastasis... if his biopsy shows small cell carcinoma type better go for a brain MRI or PETCT scan to rule out spread to other organs.
