Is Having Muscle Pain And A Pulsing Near The Left Shoulder Normal?
I have an appt with my cardiologist for a 1 year checkup on Tuesday. I sometimes get what feels like muscle pain on my left side near my shoulder blade. Massaging helps me feel better. But I feel a pulse there and I don t know if I should be concerned. It s new. I m a 51 yr old female overweight, athletic, pre-diabetic, on losartan and other mess.
as you mentioned the symptom of pain in the shoulder blades, I feel it can be trapezious muscle spasm. because due to the spasm of the trapezious muscle there leads to inflammation in the insertion of the muscle. Also perfroming the therapeutic ultrasound therapy and TENS therapy will help reduce spasm as well as pain. post that kneeding massage and myofascial release of the trapezious muscle fibers will help reduce the pain. Also later stages performing the exercises will help imporve the muscle and reduce the further symptoms. Since the physics of the load and stress is changed, due to which the pain is arising, understanding the exact physics of the load and stress applied during the contraction will help improve the overall condition of the muscle.
with the grace of God I wish you a good health.
