Is Having Sex With HIV Positive Woman While Using Damaged Condom Safe?

Greetings doctor, i m guru. last week i had sex with a lady with condom who had a hiv +ve. on sex i ejuculate in condom. after that i came to know the condom was broken in the middle of the condom s body , not edge of the condom. my sperm was stored in the condom edge and some sperm split in the bed, but not in the vagina. after that i washed my penis in water and soap. is there chances to am i affected by hiv?i got so much fear and worry. better i will get suicide for this. its an accident. is that curable, i afraid of that , we are from poor family we cant spend that much money for treatment. waiting for your reply sir.

first of all don't worry its not untreatable. sorry to say but you have chance of hiv because condom was broken so chance of contact was always there. but its not the reason for suicide. just go for confirmatory hiv test. and ensure yourself. its not necessory that result come positive. it may come negative or may be positive. chances of negative is higher. and if it came positive then also no need of worry. government give anti hiv treatment free of cost. so don't worry. just make sure the testing. hope so that will come negative.
