Having a pimple due to infection in the scrotal area is normal if it is a pustule and is present for a short duration. But if it is there since long then it may be a sebaceous cyst which alos is harmless though may be painful. Do not squeeze it. Apply a good antibiotic cream for 5 to 7 days and keep the area clean.
