Is Headache Due To Lymph Gland Soreness Curable?
I woke up this morning extremely dizzy and nauseous. Have slept off and on all day and as soon as I sit up I am still dizzy and nauseous. I have a slight headache. The right side of my neck, probably my lymph glands, are only slightly sore to the touch. No fever; no noticable congestion. Could not get out of bed today.

In view of the complaints, you seem to have Viral-mononucleosis / or could be from acute on chronic tonsillitis.as you don't have any throat complaints with this.
Other Cause of these complaints -like other systemic bacterial infections or TB adenitis /Viral Mononucleosis/ Limes disease needs to be ruled out.For this you need to consult Physician and if need be ENT Surgeon.
Do's Suggested-
Consult and physically examine from Physician and if need be ENT Surgeon.
They would Do needful Investigations-like Complete Blood Test/ESR Monotest/Urine /Stool /X-ray Chest and fix the cause of Right neck lymphadenitis in your case.
Rest / Plenty of fluids
Keep on bland non spicy Diet x 2/3 days time
Be on Liquids and semisolids x 1 week
Reduce on Vegies and fats.
Tab Ciplox 1 x 2 times a day x 5 days
Tab Cetrizine 1 x 2 times a day
Tab Zincovit 1 x 10 days
Tab Combiflam 1 x 2 times x day x 5 days
Thus You should consult and get above treatment.This would resolve the complaints of your's.
