Is Headache In An Infant Post A Hit On Head A Cause For Concern?

One year old child, rolled off changing table, carpeted floor but bumped head on changing table drawer on way down. One hour later he is babbling and crawling, but cranky from headache. Have given tylenol but is there other symptoms or things to be watching for over the next few hours?
