Hii ,

Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

headache usually occurs immediately following a blow to the head. This may come and go but usually resolve within 4 weeks after the blow

as u said it is a mild headache and mild headache improves or fade away completely with the help of home treatment, medicine, & rest

however A head injury may cause a small amount of bleeding within the skull that does not cause symptoms for days or even weeks after the injury
and if you experience other symptoms like -Dizziness, Fatigue, Irritability, Anxiety ,Insomnia ,Loss of concentration and memory

i would strongly suggest you to see Your GP to rule out any underlying medical condition

I hope it help
