Is Heart Attack Related With Pain In Upper Breast And Armpit With Difficult Breathing?
I have been having some pain in my left upper body above my left breast and between my armpit I have been having to take breathing treatments at night when I wake up I have been having trouble breathing I was wondering if this is a sign of an early heart attack I also have been having nerve pain in my left arm but that happened once while I was sewing I am 22 years old. I had a panick attack the other day thinking I was having a heart attack but i was fine I just want to know what could be going on I do not smoke and I am not overweight.

is there any radiation of pain to your upper back..?is it stabbing kind of pain or sqeezing pain? any epigastric burning sensation..?do u consume alcohol..?how much..?diet habits..?did your parents or grandparents suffer any heart attack..?apart from above said symptoms do you have any other problems.?
at this age it is unlikely to have a heart attack.trouble breathing when asleep could be because of many reasons.it need not be a heart issue.it can be caused due to sedation due to alcohol or drugs you are using or improper sleeping posture etc.change your sleeping posture avoid sedatives and see for a few days.if that doesnt help vist a physician and undergo a proper evaluation.take care avoid worrying first.

The symptoms you described here is not indicative of heart attack but these could be due to anxiety and depression just forget about this, being under the panic attack may cause more depression and disturb you more, hope this information helps, take care.
