Is Heart Rate Value Of 401 A Cause For Concern?

Hi, I have high rates in my blood the present reading is 401 I am trying to figure out what is causing this high reading. I drink Herbalife tea up to 5 mugs a day I put the tip of a teaspoon in the mug each time. I very rarely drink. I used to take the protein and shake combined with mixed berries , chia seeds and yogurt every morning for the last number of years in the beginning to loose weigh I had 2 shakes a day it helped me loose weight and I enjoyed the shakes but I only drink the tea now for the last number of weeks .

i am not clear from your story that what do you mean by heart rate of 401. if as far as i understand if it is heart rate of 401 , definately it concerns. you must have severe palpitation. It is an emergency situation. So, my request is to go immediately to any cardia center and get ECG done. SOme colclusion will come from cardiogram.
