Is Heating Blanket Recommended For A Person With History Of Essential Thrombosis?
I have a blood disorder essential thrombosis the Dr said to put heat on my body to get my circulation going but I bought a heating blanket & heating pad it reads do not use if you have poor blood circulation what do I do my email is YYYY@YYYY I take the drug hydroxyurea 500mg &levoyhyroxin

Hi I did review your concern.
heating blanket is not used regularly for essential thrombocytosis. Hydroxyurea is a known drug with good effect.
another drug can be useful is anagrelide which decreases the platelet count and helps a lot in decreasing chances of thrombus
