Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 69+ and in good general health. However, I know I have osteoporosis, and am wondering if the pain I am experiencing in my heels now is part of that condition - or arthritis-related? Not sure if there is anything to be done about it. It has been occurring for a month now and is particularly severe upon rising in the morning, but also after sitting for an hour or so.
