Welcome to HCM
I have read and understood your query
I hope this will help you
11 mg /dl is not a bad Hb level.you should not worry about it.Yet take an iron supplement for two months at least and eat more green.Dont worry about leukemia,as in this there is increase number of immature and abnormal white blood cells and decrease number of normal blood cells including red blood cells, and platelets count decreases.Though get your Complete blood count every three months.
I hope this was helpful
You can get back to me with another query anytime
