Hello,I am 24 yr old female.I had a blood test done due to fever.Results were haemoglobin 11.66 Wbc 8000 (neutrophils 67%, lymphocyte 30%, Eosinophil 3%) ESR 30 Minutes:02 60 Minutes:05 RBC 4.1 Million/cumm Platelets 2.1 lakh/cumm PCV 36 MCV 88 MCH 28 MCHC 32 MP QBC NEGATIVE WIDAL S TYPHI O POSITIVE 1:80 Dilution S TYPHI H POSITIVE 1:40 DILUTION S PARATYPHI A (H) NEGATIVE 1:20 DILUTION S PARATYPHI B (H) NEGATIVE 1:20 DILUTION

Hi, dear.
Your WBC count is normal. Your HB is slightly low. No need to worry. But you have typhoid test positive. It may be positive in prior vaccination or past infection. Rising titre is important. Go for repeat titre test. and take treatment accordingly.
