Is Hernia In The Navel The Cause For Stiffness And Pain In The Back?

I have a surgery coming up on September 28th for a Hernia in my belly area. It s not an emergency from what my doctor says but since Monday my back has been stiff and when I try and get out of my bed my back and my mid section hurts where my belly is at. Should I call my doctor?

I think this situation is not related to Hiatal hernia or other related to it.
I think it can be mussels pain or stiffness.
Taking buscopan and advil can help.
