Is High RBW-SD Value In A Hemogram Blood Test A Cause For Concern?

Hello... I have a blood test question... I just received a Hemogram V blood test result back from the VA and it indicated 47.2 fL for the RBW-SD value (says 35.1 - 43.9 is normal range). MCV is 95.1 (80 - 99 normal). Lymph% 23.8. Should I be worried?
